We are proud to present our live music series, Q The Music, that will champion some of the incredible women who are breaking boundaries through their music.
Featuring a lineup of fearless female voices, the Q the Music series will see a number of stars take to the Q stage and perform boundary breaking ballads. The confirmed lineup features groundbreaking and influential artists including one of the UK/US’s most influential performers.
On Wednesday 18th August, Shingai will join us on the Q stage.
Shingai, the legendary frontwoman and bassist of the platinum-selling band, The Noisettes, is back with a thunderclap. After a few knockout shows, she has well and truly ignited a brand-new chapter – with debut solo EP, ‘Ancient Futures’ which came out in June 2019.
Her stage presence is infamous. You never know what she’s going to do next. Described as a “living, breathing, manifestation of Rock & Roll” (Rolling Stone), she has collaborated with artists as diverse as Dizzee Rascal, ShyFx, Annie Lennox, Dennis Ferrer and Tony Allen, rocking the most famous festivals across the world with her infectious energy and unique style.
