The Ultimate St David’s Day celebration
curated by Katherine Jenkins and Cygnet Gin.

From the menu to the music, every detail of the evening reflects Katherine’s Welsh roots, bringing a beautiful and personal touch to the celebration. In collaboration with Executive Chef Jack Smith, she has crafted a menu inspired by cherished memories of growing up in Neath, Wales.
As the founder of Cygnet, The Voice of Luxury Gin, Katherine invites guests to raise a glass to its launch over an evening of fine food and music.
Katherine’s musical background is at the heart of the celebration. The evening will feature performances by Idalia String Quartet made up of talented students from the Royal Academy of Music, where Katherine once studied. As the evening unfolds party band New Atlantics will take the stage playing upbeat tunes and sprinkling in a few Welsh classics to keep the energy high until late.

ENTERTAINMENT
Idalia String Quartet, students from the Royal Academy of Music
6.30pm – 8.30pm
Formed in 2022, the Idalia Quartet is currently comprised of scholarship students at the Royal Academy of Music. They were selected for the RAM Advanced Specialist String Ensemble Training Scheme 2024-25, generously funded by the Frost Trust, and are mentored by Alex Redington of the Doric String Quartet.
NEW ATLANTICS
9pm – 12.15am
The New Atlantics consists of 2 incredible vocalists, percussion, 2 horns and a killer rhythm section, who serve up a blend of Soul, Pop and R&B hits from the likes of Stevie Wonder to Jess Glynn & Michael Jackson to Justin Timberlake. With their fresh, young style and slick looks, they perform an electrifying set that will have you singing and dancing all night long. Between them, the band have performed alongside some of the biggest names in the industry including Adele, One Direction, Ed Sheeran & Olly Murs.
