From September through November 2024, we are honoured to welcome acclaimed chefs Shelina Permalloo, Nisha Parmar, and Crystelle Pereira to our culinary stage. Collaborating with Executive Head Chef, Jack Smith, they will create beautiful dishes that showcase their signature flavours and unique style – available on our menu for one night only ✨

Crystelle Pereira – Friday 1st November

To close the series on Friday 1st November, we welcome Crystelle Pereira to present a unique fusion menu for Quaglino’s guests. Her Italian-inspired dishes feature bold twists, each infused with her favourite flavours from around the world.

A 2021 finalist on The Great British Bake Off and more recently a series judge on The World Cook on Amazon Prime, Crystelle offers fusion food at its finest, promising a truly unforgettable dining experience.

To top it off, The Hurricanes will take the stage, providing the perfect soundtrack for the evening.


Shelina Permalloo – Friday 13th September

Join us for an unforgettable evening as Shelina Permalloo, the celebrated winner of BBC’s MasterChef 2012, presents her exclusive Mauritian menu at Quaglinos. Her dishes are a vibrant celebration of exotic spices and flavours, capturing the essence of the African Islands with ingredients like octopus and juicy mango.  This collaboration blends Shelina’s radiant Mauritian cuisine with Jack’s sophisticated Quaglinos flair, promising a truly remarkable dining experience.

Nisha Parmar –
Friday 11th October

Next to take the culinary stage is Nisha Parmar on Friday 11th October, who will bring her Asian-inspired expertise to the table with a repertoire of small plates designed for sharing with family and friends. Nisha gained recognition in BBC’s MasterChef UK in 2018 as a runner-up, and she has since impressed celebrities, VIPs and venues with her passion and craft for food.
